In the end, Jack feels the process should be engaging and enjoyable, whether it’s viewing potential properties or getting yours ready to sell. The key to achieving that is a strong, committed, and intentional approach, with good planning and execution. Leave that to a pro like him, and the rest should just be fun! Jack is highly committed to helping his clients meet their real estate goals. His experience and knowledge of the industry are extensive. He was introduced to real estate early on through his family’s industrial real estate management and investment firm. Jack gained additional expertise through wholesale and renovation, property flipping, and working on a commercial development project. His keen eye for quality design and craftsmanship and his understanding of real estate as an investment give his clients a distinct advantage. A Southern California native, Jack received a BA in Environmental Studies from Dickinson College. He’s worked as a Luxury Travel Designer for a top NYC travel company. He was a mountain guide in Patagonia, Chile, a Gap Year Instructor for students in Southeast Asia, South America and West Africa, and part of a global travel company specializing in humanitarian and community-based service. Jack even served as a financial consultant in debt management, giving him a well-rounded skill set. His deep background in sales and heavy client interaction allow him to anticipate people’s needs and be proactive in getting results. Everyone enjoys his outgoing, inquisitive, tenacious personality. Jack lives in a condo on the Lower East Side of Manhattan. He previously rented in NYC and has investments in CA and Texas. Before he found his home in NYC, Jack traveled extensively and lived in Chile and Southeast Asia. Travel is his main passion and he has a goal to visit 100 countries (he's nearly halfway there). In his free time, Jack's favorite activities include exploring the many offerings of NYC, particularly great restaurants, museums, and live music venues. He loves rock climbing, hiking upstate, and running half-marathons. He also fosters dogs and is active with his local community board.
