Erika Matera Banoun is dedicated to helping her clients find their dream home. Erika understands that purchasing a home is one of the biggest financial decisions a person might make in their life, therefore she brings her tenacious work ethic, enthusiasm, honesty, and loyalty to every client and transaction. Erika is passionate about connecting with people – a key in the real estate industry – and does so by truly listening and relating to her clients’ every need. Erika graduated Cum Laude from Boston University and worked in the media and journalism industry for several years before making the transition to real estate. With her background in journalism, Erika knows the importance of staying up-to-date – both in current events and market fluctuations. During her time at CNBC, Erika produced content and ran a number of marketing and social media campaigns, skills that she brings to real estate to help market clients’ properties. Erika spent most of her formative years frolicking around every neighborhood in NYC and now calls the Upper West Side home. She has also spent time living in Paris, France and speaks fluent French. In her free time, she enjoys cooking and eating traditional Italian meals with her grandparents, going to concerts, traveling, exercising, spending time with her family and friends, and watching her favorite sports teams play.
