Riley Kavanagh

Riley is a tried and true native of New York City where she was born and raised. She grew up on the Upper West Side and currently resides there today. Her insider perspective on city living and deep knowledge of the unique neighborhoods within Manhattan are greatly beneficial to her real estate clients seeking to find the right home and community. Riley specializes in rentals and sales, and is dedicated to making your search smooth, informative, and successful. Being highly determined and results-driven also sets her apart, and arms her with a can-do attitude that her clients really appreciate.

A graduate of Tulane University, Riley received a B.A. degree with a major in Communications, and minor in Psychology and Real Estate. She worked for a mortgage company in New Orleans as well as at Fox Residential in NYC where her passion for real estate continued to blossom. Riley was additionally a sports coach, which taught her team work, patience, and communication. She’s very good at connecting with people and making them feel comfortable even in stressful, competitive situations.

As your agent, Riley will advocate for your needs and guide you down the best path. Outside of real estate, she volunteers at Lenox Hill Neighborhood House and enjoys playing all sports. Plus she’s an animal lover with an adorable Aussiedoodle dog at home who she likes to spoil.
