Herman Han

Herman received his real estate license in 2023 and has since closed millions of dollars in property sales. The decision to pursue a career in real estate was brought about by his collective experiences during the sale and purchase of his first two properties. The lack of transparency and client advocacy was appalling and it was not until after closing that these deficiencies became apparent. Since joining the industry, Herman has been able to apply his experience and focus in order to bring a consultative approach when assisting buyers, sellers and investors throughout the greater New York City area.  

Having spent nearly 20 years working in various roles in the healthcare industry, Herman has an acute understanding of how to deal with people during their most stressful moments. He has served as a provider, educator, and administrator throughout the NYC healthcare system as well as working as a sales manager and educator on the industry side. This experience has allowed him to develop a practical, creative, solutions-based practice and apply it to all aspects of his career.

A Brooklyn native, it has been his home nearly all his life. Herman currently resides there with his partner and two kids. His knowledge of his home borough allows him to share particular insights about the real estate landscape as well as its various neighborhoods.
