Originally from Virginia Beach, Virginia, Amy earned Bachelor of Science degrees in both finance and real estate from Virginia Tech. She followed her schooling with an 8-year career in the commercial real estate sector, working in high-stakes multifamily acquisition, underwriting and debt origination roles for leading firms like PGIM Real Estate, Fundrise and Nuveen. Amy has underwritten and closed over $1 billion of transactions across her commercial real estate career, spanning multifamily and single-family rental acquisitions, joint venture and preferred equity investments, and commercial real estate loans. Her extensive investment background and deal-structuring skills are a boon to those focused on maximizing ROI, while her elite project management talents help her confidently navigate clients through even the most complex scenarios.
