For over 26 years, I have built my career as a doorman in one of New York City’s prestigious residential buildings in Lincoln Square. My friendly demeanor, consistency, and genuine passion for helping others have made me a trusted and familiar presence among residents and visitors alike. More than just a first impression, I’ve been a reliable resource, confidant, and neighborhood expert.

Throughout my years of service, I developed a deep understanding of the Upper West Side and Lincoln Square market—its lifestyle, its hidden gems, and the unique needs of those seeking a place to call home. This foundation naturally led me to expand my career into real estate.

Since becoming a licensed real estate professional in 2012, I have worked with respected firms including AC Lawrence, Coldwell Banker Bellmarc, 917 Realty LLC, Bond New York, and now proudly with eXp Realty. Over the past 13+ years, I have built a strong track record in both sales and rentals, with a particular focus on the Lincoln Square market.

My notable transactions include the sale of a $3.1M co-op at The Toulaine in Lincoln Square (2013) and a $2.1M condominium at Dorchester Towers. In addition, I have successfully facilitated an extensive volume of rentals throughout Lincoln Square from 2013 to present, including studio rentals in 2024 and one-bedroom rentals in 2025.
