Her career began in mortgage lending, where she spent 3 years working with high-net-worth investors on both single-asset and portfolio loans. That experience gave her a strong foundation in appraisals, inspections, investment analysis, and complex financing structures—tools she now uses to help buyers and sellers make informed, strategic decisions.

Sanela also spent 4 years working in condo property management and HOA associations, giving her an expert-level understanding of condominium rules, reserve funds, maintenance issues, board meetings, and bylaws. Whether it’s navigating co-op approvals in New York or condo association complexities in Florida, she brings clarity and confidence to every step of the process.
