Keri McDonough

Keri McDonough joins CORE as part of top-producing broker Armen Meschian’s team. Known for her creativity, high emotional intelligence, calm demeanor, and client-first approach, Keri helps clients navigate the buying and selling process with confidence and clarity.

Before real estate, Keri spent 25 years leading communications and patient advocacy for cutting-edge biotech and blue-chip pharmaceutical companies. She built and led high-impact teams and campaigns that activated consumer audiences —experience that now powers her client relations, marketing, and negotiation strategies in real estate.

A 25-year New Yorker, Keri has a deep understanding of the city’s unique neighborhoods and cultural dynamics. She’s proudly called Jackson Heights, Queens, home for more than a decade. Keri holds a B.A. in Sociology from Tulane University and an M.A. in Communications from the University of Oregon.
