Designed by someone who worked on Lenny Kravitz’ pad, this entertainer’s delight features clean, open space and beautiful wood tones, including hardwood parquet floors throughout (even in the closets!). The kitchen features abundant wood cabinets on both sides with embedded electrical outlets for keeping appliances and electronics out of sight. The drawers are enhanced with rollers for smooth operation. There’s even a spice drawer! A custom, matching counter sits atop the cabinets which separate the kitchen and living room. The cabinets running the full length of the opposite wall are topped with granite. The under-the-counter refrigerator and Decor range are stainless steel. Window treatments are all custom made: Hunter-Douglas shades in the kitchen (open from the top or bottom) and Country Woods blinds in the bedroom. Other finishing touches include Lutron dimmer switches throughout; new door knobs on all interior doors; baseboard molding; skim-coated walls throughout; custom window seat in the living room with storage below; and overhead lighting in the bathroom.
