Our Apartment is located on the 33rd floor, thus the views of downtown are nothing short of beautiful. Our building, 20 Exchange Place, which we encourage you to explore via the website provided, has a gym, lounge, billiard room, poker room, roof deck, free bike rentals, on-site dry cleaning and concierge, multiple elevator units, highly organized online website system, in-house UPS drop, and of course a staff of very friendly doormen. The building is located just a few minutes walk from NYC’s most convenient express trains (4, 5, 2, 3, A, C, E), along with local trains including the J and the R. The neighborhood has many grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants, cafes, and shops, along with some of NYC’s most visited destinations such as the New York Stock Exchange and the Freedom Tower.
