This 6th floor apartment is a L-shaped studio of 370 sq ft, facing east with city view, freshly painted, new window treatments, wood floor throughout, built-in desk and book shelves, renovated kitchen with dishwasher, and fully furnished with our furniture (we can remove the furniture if the apartment is wanted unfurnished). The rent is $1395 per month (NO coop fees). The lease runs till the end of May, 2010, and the owner is happy to renew for another year. Utilities (except electricity), internet, cable and twice monthly maid service are included in the rent (paid by the owner).
