Hard Key Replacement Fee: $25 per key.
Key Fob/ID Replacement Fee: $50 per fob.
Mail box key replacement fee: $25 per key.
Damage Fees: As billed for damages beyond normal wear and tear.
Legal Fees: As billed and as permitted by law.
Move out (optional) no clean fee: $200.
Lease break fee: Equal to 3 month’s rent.
