FURNISHED SHORT-TERM SUBLET starting April 1, 2021
(December thru April are booked)

I’m on temporary assignment in CA, so my Soho apartment is available for sublet. It’s a charming, quiet apartment and makes a perfect NYC base. It’s newly renovated, tastefully furnished, and has been kept spotlessly clean. I’ve loved living here, and I hope it can be enjoyed while I’m away!

LOCATION:
The building is located on a quiet tree-lined street in Soho, with a leafy park right across the street. Within a few minutes’ walk are dozens of restaurants, wine bars, cafes, dry cleaners, drug stores, grocery food store, food markets, clothing and shoe boutiques, public parks and bike paths, and even several cinemas and hotels. This part of Soho is buzzing with cozy restaurants, but becomes incredibly quiet after 9pm.

BUILDING:
The building is a prewar elevator 6-floor building, and includes a mix of long-term tenants: mostly friendly professionals. The super lives at the end of the hall and is available for any problems that may arise. The apartment is very private and quiet, located at the far end of the hall on the ground floor. There is a security audio intercom system in each apartment for buzzing in visitors. The building basement has a spotless communal laundry room for tenants, as well as garbage/recycling. The building is respectful and quiet at night.

LIVING ROOM:

KITCHEN:
The new kitchen (2018) is by the entry foyer, with all-white cabinetry, gray tiles, stainless steel appliances (including toaster, kettle, Nespresso machine), and all new dishware, silverware, glassware, and all necessary cooking tools and utensils. The dining area has a round marble dining table that seats 4-5 people.

BEDROOM:
The bedroom includes ample storage, a wool rug, a queen bed (2019), new Leesa memory foam mattress (2019), full down comforter, 4 brand-new pillows, brand-new 300 thread count cotton sheets, duvets and pillowcases. The bedroom has a new AC unit built into the wall. There is a generous bedroom closet with a 3-ft hanging rod for storage, as well as several drawer units in the bedroom for folded clothes. Large windows facing east view lots of sky and trees, so the room can get quite bright. There are blackout shades in the bedroom.

BATHROOM
The new bathroom has a bath/shower with high-pressure showerhead and new white towels. There is built-in storage in the medicine cabinet + under the sink vanity. The shower is spotless, the shower curtain is new.
