We do not see many of our 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom homes come available very often. This particular 2 Bedroom is the Leasing Managers personal favorite. An over-sized living space with floor to ceiling windows greet you with a stunning East River view from the 36th Floor! The kitchen is great for entertaining with a complete Island for the resident that loves to be a host. The Primary Bedroom can accommodate without hesitation a king size bed but the best part of the Primary Bedroom are the floor to ceiling windows that wrap around the entire room! Sunlight and views day or night. The custom solid full length blinds lends privacy and comfort for the late sleeper. The Primary bathroom is also light with floor to ceiling windows, a linen closet and additional storage.
The 2nd bedroom is not left to be ignored. It can also accommodate a king size bed and wait until you see the closet!
The guest bathroom also has a window looking out over the East river and Lady Liberty. The apartment has a full size residential Washer / Dryer (not like those tiny ones some places use).

Members enjoy access to the Sky Lounge and Sky Deck showcasing a panoramic view of Downtown Brooklyn, the East River and the Manhattan Skyline. Indulge in the ambiance as the lounge music sets the mood against the glow of the two-way fireplace. After the sun sets the lounge becomes even more irresistible as the unique LED ceiling begins to come to life in color bringing the NY evening to life.
EOS Fit:
The EOS Gym features weekly classes which include, Pilates, Yoga, Dance Fitness, and More, all from The Mark Morris Dance Group. In addition, Kickboxing classes are held by instructors from Brooklyn Martial Arts.
EOS Play:
The game room offers a pool and an air hockey table, foosball tables and an Arcade room with nostalgic video games all set to free play.
Zen Garden:
Members have access to large size BBQ grills, a dining table and plenty of patio furniture which make this area feel like your suburban backyard. A large screening wall has been host to our popular summer movie nights.
