Carson virtual doorman for remote unlocking from the app, guaranteeing deliveries will always have access. Newly renovated laundry room on first floor. equipment was replaced last year. The walk from the lobby door to the L train’s staircase is about 30 seconds, but if you speedwalk you can do it in 15.
On top of it all, the furnished roof features one of the most lush gardens in the village, landcapers constantly manicuring the flowers make it a true hidden oasis at all times.

Not as important but still useful information:
Spectrum and T-Mobile Home Internet available, peak speeds up to 1 gbs and 3 gbs respectively. Since cooking gas & heat are included, the electric costs are predictably consistent well under $100. Heat is evenly delivered through silent baseboard heaters that are operated by the building. Electric includes Sense Energy monitoring allowing for true wattage insights and granular current tracking (internet connection is required, but that seems obvious). The glass door to the fire escape is full size, there’s enough space for a small table and some plants.
Option to choose from 12 or 24 (or more) months. Easy and painless application process for board approval. $750 application fee, although this may be waived depending on lease duration and start date. Must be able to start by June, although earlier preferred.
