This sunny studio is located on the 2rd floor of a walk up brownstone building. It comes fully furnished with a bed, couch, extra lighting, TV, table and chairs, nightstand and coffee table.

It’s fully equipped with microwave and oven. We provide a complete set of dishes, cups, pots, pans, and cooking utensils.

The Bathroom
It has has a shower and bathtub.
Clean towels are provided.

The subway’s are easily accessible on 135th street and 125th street.

Utilities
Electricity, heat, hot water, gas, air conditioner, cable package, and wireless internet are all included in the rent.

Terms
Short term stay, corporate leases and international tenants are welcomed. Available for 1-6 months. 12 months possible. Occupancy is 3 people max.
