This apartment is newly painted and cleaned and will be delivered unfurnished. The security gate in the large living room area is removable. The bedroom easily allows for a Queen bed, King might be pushing it. The steam heat system works well and valves have been checked since the previous tenant vacated in early January. Heat and hot water included.

The Cons: a single small 1950s sized closet in the bedroom and no intercom (but it’s safer because there is no magnetic strike on the locks).

The Pros: LOCATION. It’s an easy walk to Spring Street Station and close to Canal Street stations as well.
