The apartment was recently used as an Airbnb and so comes fully equipped with towels, sheets, and a stocked kitchen, including a dishwasher. The backyard includes lounge furniture, an outdoor TV, and a pizza oven; backyard access will only be granted when the owners are away (2 weeks in July and the whole month of August). Utilities and WiFi included in the rent.

The street is residential and quiet, with ample street parking. Short walk to the J/Z at Gates Avenue and lots of grocery stores, coffee shops, and restaurants in Bed Stuy.
