I’m looking for someone friendly, clean, and respectful to make our shared 2 bed/2 bath apartment in a luxury downtown Jersey City apartment building feel like home :) The available bedroom is an unfurnished, queen-sized master suite with spacious closet, ensuite bathroom, massive windows, and plenty of room for your furniture (including space for a large desk if COVID still has you working from home)! The apartment is a 7 minute walk to the Grove St. PATH and right across the street from the Marin Blvd. lightrail stop, offering super easy access to NYC, Exchange Place, Hoboken, and other parts of Jersey City. Looking for a professional or grad student, late 20s or early 30s (male or female is fine, I’ve lived with both and don’t have a preference as long as we’re a good fit!) who wants a comfortable, social place to call home.
