After over 20 years with one of the largest real estate firms in NYC, rising from a Salesperson to Associate Broker to Branch Manager, Rob decided it was time to build his own company. Real estate has always been Robert Kuhar’s life. The son of a builder/contractor who learned the ropes early, he developed a keen eye for property value and potential which he uses to the benefit of his clients. Robert’s extensive background makes him well-equipped to handle any type of deal, even the most complex. He has owned apartments, single-family and multifamily homes, had experience as an investor and landlord, and overseen all aspects of home building – from cosmetic to plumbing /electrical to structural work. In addition to being a busy Licensed Real Estate Broker in NYC, He has an intimate understanding of both markets having lived in New York City for almost 30 years (in the Upper West, Upper East, Downtown, Midtown, Brooklyn and now Harlem), and owned in Ocean Bay Park, Fire Island for 20+ years. For nearly two decades as an accomplished residential agent in Manhattan, Robert has applied his vast knowledge and seasoned experience to make successful deals happen for others, whether buyers, sellers, investors, or renters.
