Getting building to pay broker fee? Advice?

I'm hoping to move to a nicer building within the UWS at the end of June. Take the following building for example: http://www.streeteasy.com/nyc/building/562-west-end-avenue-manhattan Not listed as NO FEE - but seeing as there are four active listings right now, do I stand a chance of getting the management company to pay the broker fee for me? And if so, how do I go about this? Try going straight to the building or try negotiating this with the broker? I appreciate any advice. I've been in the city for almost a year, got my current apartment using a broker last summer so I'm trying to move up without paying another fee. Thanks!
