Certainly, the kitchen was renovated nicely. But everything else about the apartment felt a little shabby, cramped and dark. Of the 6 open houses we attended today, this was the only one that we knew immediately was not for us. Which is a shame, because it certainly sounded nice to have access to a pool, rooftop deck and have the maintenance (very reasonable) to cover electric as well.
