Went to open house and the following are my impressions. The floors are pergo (or something similar), which may affect value, but are nice nonetheless. No building amenities (no gym, common space, roof access, etc.). Living room did feel spacious, but think it would be cramped if the dining alcove was converted to a third bedroom (in fact, the realtor pitched dividing the second bedroom instead of converting the dining alcove). PS 158.
