I need a inspector dealbreaker type

I am getting close to sign the contract but before I do that I want to have an inspection done. Anyone knows a good inspector, one that brokers hate will be what I am looking for. I am concerned about the state of building so this is very important to me. Any reccomendation will be welcome.
