Are they nuts??? A 5th Floor walkup building? I saw this apartment and it is a one bedroom with a wall up and no window in the "den" "2nd bedroom". Who are they trying to fool with this price? It's not 2004 anymore! Is it a greedy seller or a moronic broker? Good luck to them!
