We have been tracking this listing since we put in a 1.1 million dollar offer when it was offered at 1.25 million with absolutely no counter-offer. Looks like a seller trying to create a bidding war. interesting strategy in such a soft market. The apartment is quite nice with views of the Time Warner Center. Low floor though, and right on a noisy street. Very nice layout and in good condition.
