Is anyone else a little surprised at the price ($692,000) that the Schepard's paid for their "loft" in 15 Broad as mentioned in today RE article: http://www.nytimes.com/2009/05/31/realestate/31cov.html We saw #928, which we believe is an identical unit, that sold for $595,000 in May 2007: http://downtowny.blogspot.com/2009/05/nyt-mint-condition-low-miles-condo-at.html -DT
