insane prices only keep up as long as there is someone around to keep buying. once theres not, everyones runnin for the exit at the same time which is what we're seeing today. its funny listening to people talk about how things are gonna come rippin back. RE is toast not only here but all across the country. If you look at TARP banks and the ones that dont even exist anymore, this years bonus money is at best half of last years terrible year. thank you SE for providing the soap box upon which I can speak.
