Well, 5th floor stared at $6.475mm and couldn't find a bid after many price chops. Change agents and chop some more. So now the 4th floor comes out $.5 million higher?? IMO, the lay out on 4 is worse ( why move 2 of the bedrooms away from everyone else??), lower floor and what up with the maintinence being $1,800 higher??
