Less listings/open houses in mid town Manhattan?

I noticed that there are less listings or open houses in mid town Manhattan on streeteasy.com when I put down the following requirement: price between 500,000 to 900,000 type: Condo 1 bed room doorman, laundry, elevator I am wondering is it because more apartments have sold in these 2 months or more apartments are taken off market or streeteasy.com doesn't show these units anymore? Or any other reasons I have not thought of? Could anyone shed some light?
