Hi, I really like the floorplan of this one, the area is also great for my family. Has anyone seen it? I am heavily pregnant and can't bother visiting houses just to realize they have rooms facing walls. ANy insight would be helpful. Also the monthly utgoings are very big for my budget, do you think the apt is priced right? Thanks.
