Ellington At the Park in Harlem?

I walked by this new co-op development today at 148th and Bradhurst in Harlem. Does anyone know about the quality of this development (i.e. building materials, other buildings by the developer, etc)? There are a few 1 and 2 bedrooms left. I generally like this part of Harlem and would consider purchasing a unit. Unfortunately, the building is still under construction so I can't go inside. Is this building just a cookie cutter of the Sutton Co-op two blocks away? What's the best way to gauge the quality of the units in a new development like this one? What building materials should I be wary of? And, in the long-term if I buy and then want to resale - how much would this type of building/apartment appreciate relative to say, a brownstone in the same area?
