Hello all, What typically goes down concerning asbestos disclosure in a co-op. Are there any typical forms (before I go digging) where the seller has to disclose any knowledge of asbestos? I purchased a co-op recently, and it looks like there are tiles in the closets that contain asbestos. Thanks.
