What happens at a board interview?

We have finally gotten a date for our board meeting. It's an UWS coop--not CPW or stuffy, but very nice. I've read all the generalities for what goes on during an interview, but I'm hoping that someone (ahem, frontporch) who just went through one can enlighten me as to what I should expect. The advice I've been given is ambiguous at best, and I'd like to know what some specific topics of conversation came up for people. I'm not expecting all interviews to be identical (duh), but a bit of color on the nitty-gritty of the interview process would be nice to hear.
