Pier Pointe

They recently stopped having open house on these condos, and no one knows why. In addition, there is an outstandig DOB citation, on the the elevator. Apparently the elevator breaks down at least one time a day. It does not seem as though the sellers of these condos plan on replacing or refurbishing the elevator, which means if you buy an apartment on the 6th floor, you are probably buying a 6th floor walkup. Also the carpet in the hallways was very skanky and no mention was made as to whether this would be replaced. finally, itially there was supposed to be deeded parking, now they want $200 a month. Also, no storage room, for bikes or carriages or ANYTHING.
