Is the Argyle going rental already?

I just saw this gem--$3,200 for a 2-bedroom at The Argyle. Is this the developer or a buyer trying to cover their costs? By the way, the following statement in the description is a complete lie: "On 7th Street, between 4th and 5th avenue. . ." As anyone with half a brain (that is, not a realtor) can tell you, the Argyle straddles 3rd and 4th avenue. If you rent this for $3,200, I have a great deal on a bridge for you.
