previous purchase price at 125 barrow?

Discussion about 125 Barrow Street #GB
i just saw this property today. why can't i see what they purchased the apartment at previously? I can't find it on ACRIS either. there looks to be some thing funny about the address, it also looks to be listed as 105 Morton? Dont understand, can someone help.
