http://www.streeteasy.com/nyc/rental/521606-rental-52-east-66th-street-lenox-hill-new-york Has anyone seen this? It was rented in 2008 for one year at $4800 (I believe) and now has been reduced to $3500. 2 bed/2 bath for $3500??? Is something wrong with this???
