Sick of Ocean Ave on CL

Is anyone else sick of seeing some so-so apt listed on Ocean Ave. in a totally crap area for Ocean Ave. for $1200 on Craiglist. To top things off they want someone to move in on the 15th. Yeah right! But otherwise it seems liek there are no listings for a studio / 1 br in the bklyn area that's still close and nice. All i see is 2 br.
