DO NOT RENT FROM THIS BUILDING. I have lived in NYC for 5 yrs and I have never dealt with worse management. The super never answers her phone and you can't even leave a message because the voice mail box is always full. There was an email list put together by tenants of the building to see if other people were experiencing issues. At the end of the year many people on this list decided to move out of the building. Everyone on this list (at least 12-15 apartments) lost most of their security deposits due to unspecified unitemized costs. The owner of the building will fight you all the way to court on trying to get it back. They are also trying to sell 4-5 BR's for 3800-4000 , these are two BR's converted to more. They don't take care of the building either. Do yourself a favor, get away!
