Suppression of Sales Prices - by brokers or Street Easy?

I bought a downtown co-op that closed in April 2009. The asking price was $549,000 and I bought it for $480,000. The actual sales price has never been updated in StreetEasy - it has been over 5 months. I believe this is because brokers do not want anyone to know what it actually sold for. Now there are other units in the building for sale at much higher prices per square foot. Has anyone else experienced this? What is going on? We are all paying StreetEasy for up to date information and it is being suppressed.
