Anyone have experience with remediating a leaking underground oil tank in the hamptons? its at a bay front property. curious about cots and length of time it takes before state sign offs are received. also whether there are any issues with mortgage financing while monitoring wells are in place. lastly (or firstly!) also how long it takes for the state oil spill list to reflect that the leak even exists. it was detected via testing several weeks ago but still hasn't been listed online by the state. tia!
