Looking to rent an APT/Condo within the next 2 months for about $2200 w/drm-Stu or 1 Bdrm in Manhattan w/a balcony or terrace. Worried my credit score isn't high enough and whether I should even bother. Currently in a roommate situation, but dream of my own place. Been @ current employer for 10 months making 150K. Thank you in advance for your advice.
