I am looking to buy at one of these co-ops. I would like to know if anyone has any advise on this? The Clinton Hill Coops are much larger and better layouts and it also looks like they have done a great job maintaining the buildings and the lobbies and hallways look clean simple. I am in love with the Griffin but I just can't stomach their hallways and the lobby. It looks really shabby and rundown. I know they have been claiming that they would redo the lobby for the last 2 years....I find it hard to believe they will actually do anything to improve the building....have you seen the common spaces? yuck
Has anyone lived in either of these buildings? Can anyone attest to the quality of the management/cleanliness of the buildings?
(Not interested in the subway debate just the quality of the management in both buildings and the buildings themselves)
