moving from a good school district to a bad one

Discussion about
If your kid get admitted (or just started) at a kindergarten in a top public school district (where the family is renting) but then you buy in a different neibourhood with a mediocre elementary school, will the kid be allowed to stay in the former school or does he have to be transfered to the latter?
