Are you kidding me? You are charging almost $800 sqft for basement space? On the South Side? "A rare boutique-style new luxury condominium." Like every other new rare condo in the area? This broker should be ashamed. This unit might go for half the ask. For a comp look at Unit 1E at Sevenberry: http://www.streeteasy.com/nyc/sale/155747-condo-120-n-7th-street-williamsburg-brooklyn This unit sold this summer for 865k. 2200sqft. slightly higher maint. much better location. no outdoor space. You decide.
