A few general questions on a refi of a Manhattan Condo (sorry for basic nature). Never refinanced -- always new, so need to know: 1) What fees are generally not included in a refi that are in an original loan? What taxes are included or waived (mortgage tax/transfer tax/etc.) 2) How long is the closing process vs. orig? 3) What are current rates out there for 7/1 5/1 condo loans w/ HI CR and >20% in owner occ bldg? Thanks!
