Lynch Nov. 13 (Bloomberg) -- Tishman Speyer Properties LP and attorneys representing tenants at Manhattan’s largest apartment complex said they “initiated good faith discussions” on a rent dispute. The two sides are talking about issues left unresolved by a court decision that said some rent increases at the Stuyvesant Town-Peter Cooper Village apartments were illegal.
