I'd like to get feedback from someone who has had experience in renting their apts in Bed-Stuy and what do you use as a selling point for living in the neighborhood. I have 2 apts for rent, although one has been rented. The building is a totally new renovation with full privacy for each floor unlike most brownstones that sometimes have the bathroom outside of apt on the hallway by the stairs.
