Hi, I'm looking for data on changes in average rental prices over some period of time (the past year or several months, etc)--specifically UWS if possible Basically my landlord is attempting to raise my rent by 10%, and I would like to present market data that shows how absurd this is I appreciate any help anyone can give...thanks
